Environmental Health Department <br /> SAN JOAQUIN <br /> 0UNTY— <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1/1/2014 to <br /> 2/17/2060 for C00044124 located at <br /> 14000 E HWY 88 <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 08/31/2017 Initial call received at 2:45 PM. PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 96 min SC 544 <br /> At 2:51 pm the Lockeford Fire Department was called at 236-8106 to get more <br /> information about the spill. The dispatch center stated that the fire department had <br /> responded and that the facility was taking over the clean up efforts. The spill had <br /> been contained using absorbent and booms. <br /> At 2:58 pm the facility was called at 209-727-5442. Megan, the manager on site <br /> made similar statements to the fire department. Megan stated that the spill was <br /> caused by an unknown individual driving away in a truck, the oil came from the <br /> back of the truck as it drove away from the parking lot of the facility. License plate <br /> of the truck was not obtained by the facility sttaff. <br /> At 3:10 pm I departed the office in rout to the facility. <br /> Arrived at approximately 3:40 pm. Megan was explained what the role of the EHD <br /> was. Megan stated the following in summary -Corporate office had decided that <br /> the clean up would be done by company fuel maintenance crew. The crew would <br /> arrive on 09/01/2017 to sweep up the absorbent and bring more drums to store <br /> the waste in, the facility did not have enough on site. The drums would be left on <br /> site for routine pickup of hazardous waste. <br /> Site was departed at 4:00 PM. <br /> Arrived at office at 4:30 PM. <br /> 0PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 9/01/2017 Prop 65 <br /> 30 min SC 203 <br /> 09/01/2017 On site to verify clean up. Let facility know that there is a large spot next to the soil PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 78 min which still contains staining that is of concern. Large dark slippery spot that seems SC 544 <br /> to have oil. Facility to apply absorbent and notify when done and clean. Absorbent <br /> had been swept up and placed in a 50 gallon steel drum at the site. <br /> 09/06/2017 Drove to site after receiving a call from Manager Megan stating that the cleanup PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 78 min was now complete. Absorbent had been swept and areas of concern from last visit SC 544 <br /> were addressed. <br /> 10/27/2017 Complaint abated to facility file PR0513780 PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 6 min SC 007 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
