APPLIED TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (ATS) 562.1-11.29 <br /> LABORATORY TEST REPORT <br /> Pacific Ga wd <br /> IN &G-" <br /> SUBJECT: POST CLEAN UP ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMER OIL SPILL FOR PCB <br /> AT 124 NORTH E STREET, STOCKTON <br /> ATS CHEMISTRY SERVICES UNIT FILE 1103-002 <br /> On February 23, 2011, John Holliday of ATS collected post clean up samples in areas impacted by a <br /> transformer oil spill near 124 North E Street, Stockton, Ca. Prior to sampling,the asphalt portion of the <br /> spill site was cleaned with Penetone solution and two inches of impacted soil was excavated by <br /> Philips Transportation Services. Wipe samples were collected on 100-square centimeter cotton gauze <br /> strips that were saturated with hexane:The soil samples were collected in 8-oz glass jars.
