THESE INCIDENTS ARE NOT BEING CLEANED UP PROPERLY. COMPLAINANT IS WORRIED ABOUT <br /> OTHER STUDENTS AND FACULTY BEING EXPOSED TO HEALTH RISKS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon inspection, the cafeteria manager is aware of the complaint(it was reported by custodial staff). <br /> The staff member put on gloves and cleaned the area using the product"Alpet-D2." Per label, this product is 58% isopropyl <br /> alcohol, less than 1 % ammonium chloride and 41% other ingredients. The product is a non-rinse sanitizer and disinfectant <br /> effective on hard non-porous food and non food contact surfaces. Product is 99.99% effective on 9 tested pathogens <br /> including E. Coli 0157:H7 (pathogen of concern with fecal matter). <br /> Corrective action: Clean up any solid material, then spray the affected area with the product and allow the product to remain <br /> on the surface for a minimum of 60 seconds to ensure effective sanitizing. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Carrie Jones Food Svc.
