The complaint alleges that solid waste is accumulated in the <br /> backyard. A site visit by EHD on September 8, 2006 verified the presence of wood waste, green waste, <br /> waste tires, irrigation pipes, plastic, metal and other solid waste. In addition there is an accumulation of <br /> { <br /> trash on the property. This is a violation of the following San Joaquin County Ordinance: <br /> i 1. San Joaquin County Ordinance(SJCO),No. 2887, Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of refuse, <br /> waste, and filth is prohibited. <br /> i <br /> According to Public Resources Code (PRC) sections 45000, 45005, and 45011, this department has the <br /> authority to: issue an administrative order requiring the owner of the above property to take corrective <br /> action as necessary to abate a nuisance, cease and desist any improper action, and establish a time schedule <br /> according to which the site shall be brought into compliance. <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of this notice, haul the trash from this location to a permitted disposal site. <br /> Please increase the size of the dumpster or have the dumpster emptied more frequently.
