It was observed that sewage was exposed from an <br /> excavated area located on the north side of the bar/restaurant building. It was also observed that a two l <br /> inch sewage tight-line connection from the bar/restaurant was not water tight, and was not of the proper l <br /> i, size (3-4 inches in diameter). This is a violation of the following County Codes/Regulations: <br /> +� 1. San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1110.9; it shall be unlawful to maintain or use <br /> any residence, place of business, or other building or place where persons reside, congregate, or <br /> are employed which is not provided with a means for the disposal of wastewater which complies <br /> with the requirements of this Chapter and the standards relating to wastewater disposal made and <br /> established by the Director of the Environmental Health Department. <br /> According to the California Health and Safety Code Sections 117415-117420, and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 9, Section 9-1110, this department has the authority to: issue an administrative order requiring <br /> the owner to take.corrective action as necessary to abate a nuisance, cease and desist any improper action, and <br /> establish a time schedule according to which the site,shall be brought into compliance. <br /> Effective immediately cease and desist all unauthorized discharge of sewa a .at the above <br /> referenced location. Within ten 10 days from the receipt of this notice obtain the necessa <br /> Building Department and Environmental Health Department permits to repair/replace the sewage <br /> i <br /> tight-line connection from the bar/restaurant to septic tank. In addition the sewage system must <br /> be maintained [purnping septic tank if needed to ensure that sewage will not surface. In the <br /> future any surfacing sewage from the existing leach field will re uired that the owner obtain a <br /> septic repair permit to repair/replace the existin_g leach field. The above noted violation must be <br /> fully abated within thirty 30 days from the receipt of this notice.
