X546 ID#: <br /> NATURE of WASTE DISCHARGE/SPILL RELEASE: It is currently unknown how the vessel sank which discharged an unknown amount of <br /> fuel.The maximum capacity vi. ;zr. -3' ;is 30 gallons.A sheen was created by the discharged fuel covering an area of 15 feet, <br /> however the vessel has been boomed off. A salvage team will be needed to remove the vessel from the water. It is currently unknown who will <br /> be conducting clean up of the release. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: On site to verify the spill location. Met with Timothy Fontaine, Harbor Master who took <br /> me to the sunken vessel The sunken vessel has been surrounded by booms and absorbent pads to <br /> absorb the released fuel. A sheen was observed on the water above the sunken vessel.
