SANJOAQ U i N Environmental Health Department
COUNTY—
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 3/3/2012 to
8/3/2030 for 000041357 located at
6649 EMBARCADERO DR
Activity Date Recorded by
04/16/2016 Received complaint of"ridiculous amount of sheen nearing fueling dock. (C) PE 2546 HENRY
180 min witnessed boat dunking fuel hose in water. Arrived on site and met with Asst SC 974
Harbor Master Jay McDermott. Upon arrival booms had already been placed
down any both ends of dock to capture any release. Sheen is visible but it is
unknown if it is due to vegetation, fuel or both. Coast guard had been on site prior
to my arrival and did not issue any notices or verbal clean-up orders. No visual
leak of fuel observed from AST piping, no active alarms on veeder-root panel, all
functions normal. When I showed jay the photo from the(C) showing the hose he
said that is the hose for sewage pump out not fueling. jay will remove pads and
booms and handle as hazardous waste. Discussed on going education for
boaters with him. Abated complaint.
