(SJCUAPCD)Permit to Operate#N-3601-1-0,which expires on January 1,2002 <br /> The SVE system was restarted on March 15,2000, after being off due to high groundwater elevations rendering <br /> operation not feasible The system was shut off in October 2000 due to low influent concentrations and <br /> remained off through January 16, 2001 The system was again restarted and operated through March 1, 2001 <br /> The SVE system was approximately 40% operational between January 16, 2001 and March 1, 2001, at which <br /> time the system was shut off due to Iow influent concentrations SVE system influent data is presented in Tables <br /> A-1 and A-2, and a plot of SVE system influent soil vapor TPHg, benzene, and MtBE concentrations versus <br /> time is shown as Figure A-2 A plot of cumulative mass removal data is presented in Figure A-1 SVE system <br /> performance data is included in Table A-1 SVE emission data is presented in Table A-3, and SVE operational <br /> data,including well open/closed status,flow rate,and applied vacuum data,are presented in Table A-4 <br /> Air Sparging System <br /> The air spargmg system is comprised of 9 AS wells(S-1 through S-9)and a MD Pneumatics Model 3202 7 5-hp <br /> blower During the third quarter, the AS system was fully operational AS system operational data, including <br /> well open/closed status, flow rate, and applied pressure data, are presented in Table A-5 Monitoring well <br /> dissolved oxygen (DO)data is included with groundwater elevation and analytical data in Table 1 and Table A- <br /> 6 Treatment system field data sheets are included as Attachment A-A <br /> i <br /> i <br />
