Mr Kyle Christie • March 1, 1996 Page 4 • located on the northern portion of the site Vacuum influence data were collected in September 1995, and are presented on Figure 3 The data suggest that there is at least 0 10 inches of water column vacuum influence in the area where a product release occurred in the second quarter of 1995 During the fourth quarter, the system extracted and treated approximately 480 pounds (77 gallons) of TPH-G No measurable amount of benzene was removed this quarter Table 5 presents a summary of the SUET system data and Table 6 summarizes the status of the individual soil vapor extraction and air sparging wells The AS system operated in a pulse mode this quarter The system generally operated for two weeks, and shut off for two weeks. During operation, the AS system functions within design parameters and delivers an average of 3 4 cubic feet per minute (cfm) of sparge air into individual air sparging wells Air sparging well data is presented in Table 6 As required by San Joaquin County, dissolved oxygen readings are collected for selected monitoring wells.
