No. 6100/Our Job No. 3743 <br /> Dear Bill : <br /> In accordance with our telephone conversation of June 15, <br /> 1990, I am writing this letter to provide you with additional <br /> information with regard to the above-referenced project. <br /> Construction of this project is scheduled to commence on July 9 , <br /> 1990 , so your earliest attention to this matter will be greatly <br /> appreciated. The following clarifications are provided for your <br /> review: <br /> 1 . As indicated in the application package sent to you on <br /> May 9 , 1990 , either Ameron or A.O. Smith secondarily <br /> contained product piping will be installed. Typically, <br /> ARCO leaves it to the discretion of the contractor as to <br /> which brand of piping will be installed. <br /> 2 . All tanks, piping and other installed equipment will be <br /> 100% methanol compatible . <br /> 3 . The following equipment to be installed is UL-Listed: <br /> a. The Xerxes Double-Walled Tanks . <br /> b. The Red Jacket Submersible Pumps . <br /> C. Telef lex and Titef lex flexible connectors (one or <br /> the other will be used) . Both are UL-Listed. <br /> d. The Ronan X76S leak detector system. <br /> e. The Red Jacket PLD. <br /> f .
