Table 1 presents a summary of the detected constituents for the <br /> extraction system to date (The complete laboratory reports are included in Attachment A) <br /> 1/22/92 Collected effluent water sample for laboratory anjlysis of total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons (TPH), and benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene and xylenes (BEI'X) <br /> 2/12/92 LEL monitoring sensor recalibrated and collected effluent water sample for analysis } <br /> of BETX, TPH, and metals <br /> The average flow rate dunng this period (31 days) was 4 4 gallons per minute. The average 1 <br /> daily flow was 5,760 gallons.,/The total volume of water discharged during the period was <br /> 178,560 gallons <br /> Table 2 presents the average pounds per day of each constituent discharged to the sanitary <br /> sewer The constituent quantities were calculated using the formula below The quantity of <br /> hydrocarbons being discharged is in compliance with the City of Stockton Wastewater <br /> Discharge Permit issued for this site <br /> Q = Average flow rate, gpm <br /> C = Concentration, µg/1 <br /> W = Average amount of chemical discharged, lbs/day <br /> W = Q x 1,440 x 8 34 x C/(1,000,000,000) = 0 0001 C for Q= 4 4 gpm <br /> The next monthly status letter will include the interval February 16 through March 15, 1992 <br /> 6673%CORRFSP6673-04 LTR <br />
