Commingled Plume#35 S E C O R <br /> Chevron 94275/ARCO#2133 <br /> Site Conceptual Model <br /> September 1, 2006 <br /> Page 1 <br /> • <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR) has prepared this Additional Site Assessment <br /> Report and Site Conceptual Model (SCM) on behalf of Chevron Environmental Management <br /> Company (EMC) and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), a BP affiliated company, for the <br /> commingled plume at the Chevron Service Station #9-4275 (Chevron 9-4725 facility) and ARCO <br /> Service Station # 2133 (ARCO 2133 facility), together referred to as the "Site" The Chevron <br /> 9-4275 facility (2905 West Benjamin Holt Drive) and the ARCO 2133 facility (2908 West <br /> Benjamin Holt Drive) are located at the intersection of Benjamin Holt Drive and Plymouth Road, <br /> in Stockton, California A Site location Map is provided on Figure 1 <br /> The objective of this assessment was to delineate the vertical extent of petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> in soil and groundwater beneath and downgradient of the site The scope of work consisted of <br /> the advancement of three deep soil borings on the Chevron site (MW-1 R, MW-2R, MW-3R), <br /> three deep soil borings on the ARCO site (AS-8, AS-9, AS-10), one offsite soil boring east of the <br /> ARCO site (AS-11), and the installation of six replacement monitoring wells at the Chevron site <br /> (MW 1 R, MW-2R, MW-3R, MW-5R, MW-7R, and MW-9R) This work was performed as <br /> described in SECOR's Work Plan for Soil and Groundwater Delineation and Addendum to Work <br /> Plan for Well Destruction and UST Removal, dated May 27, 2005, and in accordance with <br /> conditions stated in a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) <br /> approval letter dated August 1, 2005 (Appendix A) <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 94275-ARCO 2133 SCM 9-2006 1 <br />
