Patterson Pass, Tracy, CA <br /> Your application for permit for installation of underground piping, under-dispenser <br /> containment and under-dispenser containment sensor has been approved at the above <br /> location with the following condition: <br /> 1. Contact fire department for permit. <br /> 2. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br /> 3. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 4. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG 113-15. <br /> 5. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Pressure test on primary and secondary lines. <br /> b. 24-hour lake test. <br /> c. Final inspection. <br /> 6. All lines must be precision-tested by a licensed tank tester. Result is to be <br /> submitted to EHD prior to placing the tank system in service. <br /> 7. Submit an As-Built plan to EHD prior to scheduling final inspection. <br /> 8. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 <br /> and section 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> 9. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 10. Any changes in information provided to EHD must be submitted to EHD for <br /> approval prior to commencing work. <br /> 11. Contact Dennis Catanyag for inspection. <br /> 12.
