Benjamin Holt Dr. <br /> Stockton, CA., 95207 <br /> On December 20, 1996, the last of the monitoring wells located at this site were properly destroyed under <br /> the witness of San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD). <br /> With this last task completed, PHS-EHD is able to provide this letter as confirmation that the required site <br /> investigation and remedial action for the underground storage tanks formerly located at the above- <br /> described location have been completed. Enclosed is the Case Closure Summary for your records. <br /> Based upon the available information, including the current land use, and with the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, no further action <br /> related to the underground storage tank release is required at this time. <br /> This notice is issued pursuant to a regulation contained in Title 23, California Code of Regulations, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2721 (e). If the present or proposed use of this site changes, it is the <br /> property owners responsibility and requirement to promptly notify this agency. <br /> Thank you for all of your investigative efforts and cooperation during these past years.
