(Delta), drilled eight soil borings to
investigate the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil at Exxon Retail Station No,7-3330,located
at 3128 West Benjamin Holt Drive,Stockton,California(reference Delta Soil Investigation Report,
dated September 14, 1993). Approximately 2-3 cubic yards of soil were generated from the soil
borings and are presently stockpiled on site. This letter is a request for approval to distribute the
soils on site.
As reported in the aforementioned report, petroleum hydrocarbons were not detected in the soil
sample collected from the stockpile. The laboratory report, quality control data, and chain ofcustody
are enclosed with this letter.
Based on the results of the analytical data for the soil, Delta concludes that the soil has not been
impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons and requests permission to distribute the soil on site. Upon
IN1110
I
your concurrence and written authorization, the soil will be spread on site.
