EXXON CONTRACTUAL SiAFM REQUIREMENTS FOR RETAIL FACILITIES INTRODUCTION These rules and procedures are incorporated u s pact of Exxon's Construction Centro[lir work Order. and Continuing Service onhen Area Maintenance Agreements or Area Service Agreemottts,and must be comptaed with by each Contractor,his subcontractors,and employees,when w kin$ In Exxon facilities. The primary purpose of these rules is to prevent accidents which MY result in personal injury or property damage. EXCAVATION. CATHODIC PROTECTION Since cathodic protection is not installed In every service Matic".the following procedures apply Only to chose Contractors working in Exxon facilities that have cathodic protection systems. The Contractor shall obtain a copy ofthe cathodic protection wbuitt plan fartha specific station.Contractor shall review the pian and consult the ocean Canter personnel before commencing work. All work on underground equipment(tanks.piping,lifts.conduit). 2.
