SITEHISTORY <br /> Exxon Retail Location Number 7-3334 was constructed in 1968. All underground <br /> f <br /> storage tanks(USTs)on the property are the original tanks; no tanks have been excavated <br /> or replaced to date. ne station was closed on 4 March 1991 in preparation for <br /> divestment as Exxon's lease on the property will expire in 1992. Exxon plans to remove <br /> all existing USTs as well as all product delivery lines by the end of 1991. <br /> As part of station closure, the contents of the tanks were pumped out, dispensers <br /> rernovzd and stored in the station house. product lines capped at the pump islands, and a <br /> 6-foot temporary chain link fence erected on the property. <br /> This study is a pre-tank removal environmental assessment. Subsequent to this <br /> investigation, Exxon plans to submit a tank removal workplan to the Public Health <br /> Services of San Joaquin County. <br /> SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> t � <br /> A sensitive receptor survey was performed in accordance with Exxon's Guidance <br /> Information. The results of this survey have been submitted to Exxon as a separate <br /> document.
