Two samples
were collected under the direction of San Joaquin County
representative Laura Campbell. Sample AT -1A was taken from beneath
the site of one underground waste oil storage tank at a depth of
approximately 13 feet. Sample AT -1B was taken from the side of -
the excavation at a depth of approximately 6 feet. The sampling
locations are shown on Figure 1.
Please confirm that the analytical results show that the soil is
uncontaminated and that no further waste oil tank investigative
work is required at the site. The on-site stockpile soil from the
waste oil tank excavation is currently being stored on sheet
plastic and covered. Please advise us of the action required to
reuse or dispose of the stockpile soil.
Also enclosed is the Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release
(Leak)/Contamination Site Report for ARCO Station 2133, located at
2908 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, California.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the enclosures or
the subject sites, please contact Ms. Johanna Ambler at
(916) 444-0123.
Very truly yours,
;B:WN AND CALDWELL
WV
Lawrence E.
