SITE CLOSURE RE UEST REPORT
Former Exxon Service Station No.7-3330
3128 West Benjamin Holt Drive
' Stockton,California
Delta Project No. D093-810
Page 16
MW-6 on May 5, 1996, to evaluate the aerobic conditions underlying the site. Dissolved oxygen
readings from monitoring wells MW-3 through MW-6 reported concentrations favorable to aerobic
biodegradation. Other physical processes such as volatilization, dispersion, and sorption will also
contribute to the natural attenuation of any potentially remaining hydrocarbons.
Based on the volume of hydrocarbons removed from the site, the small calculated volume of
hydrocarbons potentially remaining in-place, and the non-detectable concentrations reported in ground
water, Delta anticipates that biological degradation and natural attenuation will continue to decrease
potentially remaining residual hydrocarbons at the site and that concentrations potentially remaining in
soil and ground water currently do not pose a threat to human health.
8.0 REMARKSISIGNATURES
The interpretations contained in this report represent our professional opinions and are based, in part, on
I information supplied by the client. These opinions are based on currently available information and are
arrived at in accordance with currently accepted hydrogeologic and engineering practices at this time and
location. Other than this, no warranty is implied or intended.
RPT001.810
