ti.,/ <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> 51 EAST BEVERLY, TRACY <br /> LOP:2227 <br /> APN: 233-330-33 <br /> 09/05/85 One 550 gal.UST(gasoline)was removed under PHS/EHD permit and inspection. <br /> Gasoline odors were observed at time of removal and further investigation was required. <br /> No soil or groundwater samples were collected at the time of removal.. <br /> 09/17/85 Tracy Unified contracted Kleinfelder and Associates to completed one soil boring in the <br /> area of the former UST. Three soil samples and one grab ground water sample were <br /> collected and analyzed. Soil samples were collected at 3 ft., 8 ft.,and 11 ft. bgs. One <br /> ground water sample was collected at 13 ft.bgs. Low concentrations of gasoline and <br /> BTX were evidenced in samples collected and the excavation was backfilled. <br /> 06/14/96 After file review,PHS/EHD completed and filed a UAR for the release that was <br /> documented in 1985. Tracy Unified was directed to completed additional soil and ground <br /> water sampling to define the full extent of the contamination caused by the unauthorized <br /> release. <br /> 07/10/00 After approval of a work plan by PHS/EHD to perform geo-probe sampling, soil and <br /> ground water samples were collected from two locations in the area of the former UST. <br /> All samples were below detection limits;the contamination that was documented in 1985 <br /> was not confirmed.
