awe r.► <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Soil Boring Advancements <br /> 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, California <br /> (APN:233-153-13) <br /> As the property owner, I (Lacey Skelton) do hereby grant permission to Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE)to advance three continuously cored soil borings and seven soil- <br /> vapor borings for the collection of soil and soil vapor samples at 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, <br /> California(APN: 233-153-13). The investigation is being performed under the directive of the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> The scope of work will include advancing borings using van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push <br /> probing unit equipped with 1.25 inch probing rods. Three continuously cored soil borings will be <br /> advanced to a depth of six feet below surface grade for the collection of soil samples. Seven soil- <br /> vapor borings will be advanced to a depth of five feet below surface grade for the collection of soil <br /> vapor samples. At the conclusion fo the investigatory activities, the borings will be properly <br /> abandoned under permit with the original grade restored and the surface properly repaired to <br /> preexisting conditions. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at the 104 West Beverly <br /> Place property shall be paid by a former property owner, and will be conducted under permit in a <br /> timely manner upon approval by the EHD. <br /> I will receive copies of all testing and reporting for the investigation performed at 104 West Beverly <br /> Place. <br /> I will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which will be conducted in <br /> a manner to minimize disruption of normal activities on the property. <br /> Lacey ton Date <br /> 104 West Beverly Place <br /> Tracy, California <br />
