There were some errors with the file, the new one should help answer some questions. If not, I will do my best to clarify any questions you might have. As for the filter pack, according to figure three the filter pack extends from 2.5 to 3.5 feet below surface grade. The screen should only be about 0.5 feet in length, with a foot of filter pack around and above the screen. After the vapor samples are collected the vapor points (screen and casing) will be removed and filled to surface grade with a grout mixture. I have a few questions concerning the map labeled Figure 2 for Weldon Church Property presented as an attachment in the email below. The Legend for Figure 2 is difficult to read. • Do the x x x x's represent the new boundary line on the east side of Weldon Church Property? • What does the long black line represent that begins at the south end of the site property line and extends north to the sidewalk on the east side of the Weldon Church Property? • What does the long black line represent that begins at the northeast corner of the former UST excavation and extends north to the sidewalk on the east side of the Weldon Church Property? Figure 3 shows the filter pack extending from approximately 3 to 3.5 feet below surface grade (bsg). Is this correct? The narrative for the work plan states that the filter pack "will be added over the the screen interval to approximately 0.5-feet above the screen interval." 12/8/2008
