(AGE) <br /> has prepared the enclosed Work Plan for Soil and Ground Water Investigation -Addendum for 104 <br /> West Beverly Place, Tracy, California (the site). The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. <br /> This addendum supplements the original Work Plan for Soil and Ground Water Investigation, <br /> prepared by AGE in December 1995, was prepared for backfilling the UST excavation on the <br /> property and advancing six soil probe borings to collect soil and ground water samples (Figure 2). <br /> The work was completed during December 1995. Three subsequent work plan addendums have been <br /> prepared and executed to assess and/or monitor petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil and ground <br /> water associated with the release of fuel hydrocarbons from the former underground storage tank <br /> (UST) facility. The subsequent addendums, listed below by preparation date, were prepared for: <br /> • 12 February 1996: installation of four ground water monitoring wells (MW I, MW2, MW3 <br /> and MW4), which were installed during July 1996; <br /> • 08 January 1997: installation of two additional ground water monitoring wells (MW5 and <br /> MW6), completed during April 1997; and installation of six soil vapor probe borings,which <br /> was subsequently not required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD); and <br /> • 16 February 1998: advancement of three soil probe borings to collect soil and ground water <br /> samples and installation of a ground water monitoring well (MW7) on the adjacent property <br /> east of the subject property.
