The Site <br /> is bounded by residences to the east, west and south and Beverly Place to the north. The <br /> surrounding land use is residential. <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> In August 1988, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, nine <br /> monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location <br /> of the former UST, monitoring wells and groundwater level contours is provided at the end of <br /> this five year summary. <br />
