A similar letter was sent to Lacey Skelton in July 2007, Gloria <br /> Anguiano, ETAL C/O William Galindo in July 2007, Todd F. and Cassi C. Aarvig, Trust in July 2007, <br /> Frank and Bette A. Grande Family LP in July 2007 and Weldon & M Church TRS in 1994. Anyone who <br /> has owned or owns this property is a responsible party. I uploaded the NOR letter to GeoTracker <br /> because I believe I must now upload all such letters. Previous NOR letters were not uploaded to <br /> GeoTracker, but times have changed. This NOR letter does state that"this agency has identified Patricia <br /> Ann Richardson as the primary or active Responsible Party." The letter goes on to state what Ms. <br /> Richardson's responsibilities are as the primary or active Responsible Party. <br /> They include: <br /> • Submit a letter to this agency (EHD) within 20 calendar days of receipt of this notice which <br /> identifies all current record owners of fee title; <br /> • Certify to the local agency (EHD) that the required notifications have been made at the time a <br /> cleanup or site closure proposal is made or before the local agency (EHD) makes a determination <br /> that no further action is required; and <br /> . If property ownership changes in the future, you must notify this local agency (EHD)within 20 <br /> calendar days from when you are informed of the change. <br /> Mr. Weldon Church has taken the responsibility to clean up this site. If, however, Mr. Church no longer <br /> takes on this responsibility, then everyone, including Ms. Richardson, will be responsible for the clean up <br /> of this site. <br /> (I am appending a form for Ms. Richardson to complete that identifies all current record owners of fee <br /> title. Please have her complete the form and return it to the EHD within the next 20 days.) <br /> I hope that I have answered your questions, Brian.
