On 05 January and 02 February <br /> 2016, five 55-gallon drums of soil cutting and well debris and one 55-gallon drum of <br /> groundwater removed during well destruction and previous groundwater sampling <br /> activities were transported to Instrat, Inc. in Rio Vista, California, under non-hazardous <br /> waste manifests.
