WELL SURVEY.
A-401-survey.,was conducted to:gather information regarding the.location and use:of municipal and
.,,,,domestic wells withiri 2,000 feet of the site. The PHS-EHD, the City of Tracy.and the State. of
California Water Resources Control Board records were reviewed. One active; domestic'ground
water well was identified.1,000 feet southeast of,the site. This well is referred to as the"'Lincoln.
Well". The'total depth of this-well is 1,020 feet and the current depth',to water as..of'June 14981in the
weWcasing is.92.feet.No additional wells were determined to be within the search radius'of the site.
A.O. FINDINGS s
One.ofthree soil samples analyzed cohtained.minor'concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons, one
grab'ground water samples contained a'.rninor concentrations of a.VOC',and ground water collected •`
from well MW-4 contained, detectable concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons and VOCs.
41. LABORATORY RESULTS OF SOIL SAMPLES
Petroleum hydrocarbons were•detected in one,of.the four soil samples-analyzed. TPH-g'was detected `
at a concentration of-330 ppm in'the soil.sainpk6pm boring B13 collected at a depth of 6 feet bsg.
Toluene, ethyl.benzene and total xylene compounds were detected in sample B 13-6 at concentrations
as high as 12 ppm(total xylene).'Benzene was nat detected in the soil sample's(Table'1). TPH-g and ,
BTEX,compounds were nondetected in the-grab water sample collected from boring B 15 (Table 2).
Analysis by:EP,A Method 8260(m)did riot detect oxygenated fuel additives in the any of the samples
analyzed.,.Howeyer, EPA 8260 did detect the following organic compounds in the`soil sample,B 13-6:.
n-butyl benzene at 2;800 micrograms per:kilogram (µg/kg);-sec-,butyl'benzene at'600 /-'g/kg, tett- t'
butyl benzeiie.at 2,400 g/kg,'iso propyl-benzene at 1,000 4g/kg;"n-propyl benzene at 5,600Mg/kg,
' naphthalene at 3,200.kcg/kg, 1,2,4-trimeth lbenzene ati 16 000. /kg, 1 3 5=trimeth l-benzene"'at
Y g - Y
5,700 µg/kg and`vinyl acetate at_ 1,900 pg/kg Analytical results of the EPA 8260(m) analysis
Including BTEX for soil samples are summarized on,Table 4
4.2. LABORATORY RESULTS OF'GRAB'GROUND WATER SAMPLES
1,2,4-trimethylbenzene was detected' 'in the 'water"sample collected from: boring B 15 at, a
concentration of 1.6 micrograms'per liter(µ'g/1).Analytical.results of grab ground water samples are .
summarized on Table 2:
' „ Adrvhced GeoEnvironmentai,Inc. :
