E2 arrived to find a truck that had his <br /> passengers side tank slashed open on the lower end. The driver was already damming up <br /> the fuel. Fire used closed cell form and pig puttee to stop the leak. Absorbent was used to <br /> contain the fluids about 4 to 5 gallons. No fluids went into the storm drains.
