(AGE):has prepared.this ' <br /> quarterly ground water monitoring report for the site at 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, California ' <br /> (the site). The scope of work included monitoring and sampling seven wells, obtaining laboratory <br />' analyses of the samples. and preparation of this report. ,The site setting is illustrated,on Figure 1. <br /> Locations of structures, borings and monitoring wells related to the site are illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> I S ite history and fundings from previous investigations and previous monitoring events at the site are <br /> detailed in.Preliminary Investigation and Eyahiation Report September 1996 (PIER), -dated , <br /> 10 September 1996, and Ground Water Monitoring Report-First Quarter 2000, dated 09 August <br />' 2000, both prepared by AGE. ; <br /> 2.0: .BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located in a residential area of central Tracy, California; in San Joaquin County(Figure 1), <br /> One house and a detached garage/storage area are currently located on the property. An apartment'. <br /> complex is located immediately west of the former UST area;residences are located to the south and <br /> east of the site. One small capacity(550-gallon) UST was installed at the site in the early 1980s. WELL'MONITORING EVACUATION-PROCEDURES <br /> On 19 November 2001, a Solinst water level meter was used,to measure the depth to ground water <br /> in each well relative to the'top of the well casing. After groundwater depth measurements dere <br /> collected, each monitoring well was purged.using a new disposable bailer.
