Box 960 <br /> French Camp, CA 95231 <br /> Location: 37 East Hospital Rd. <br /> French Camp, CA <br /> Complaint #: C00026835 <br /> Complaint regarding addition to single family dwelling without <br /> building permits. Hazardous wiring, construction debris, junk and trash with <br /> overgrown dry grass and weeds on property. Possibly toxic and volatile <br /> chemicals are being improperly stored in a shed. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received the above <br /> referenced complaint on August 13, 2007. The alleging conditions may be violations <br /> the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. If such conditions do exist, they must be <br /> abated within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. <br /> Failure to implement corrective action within the specified time period may result in <br /> legal action by the EHD. If legal action is necessary, you will be liable for enforcement <br /> costs as specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code § 8-5400(x), "The County shall be <br /> reimbursed for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this <br /> division." The current approved EHD hourly rate used to compute the cost of time <br /> spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is $98.00 per hour. <br /> HAO011 Page I <br />
