Bonham, Linden, California, dated March 3, 1976, from John De Martini and Louise DeMartini to Dor{othy Sandberg; 2, A Declaration of Dorothy Sandberg filemarked December 16, 1996, stating that at no time I did Mrs. Sandberg use or witness the use of the tanks on the property, and that when she first saw the property in November of 1965 there was no gas station on the property, that the output pumps and associated piping had been disconnected and the tanks paved over, and that at no time while she owned the property have the tanks been used-, -,.--3.- ---' �A,Declaration.of Dr:-Harry-Sandberg filemarkedDecemb&,16, 1996,-:stating that he has operated a full-time medical practice on the property as a tenant since May of 1966 until the present, ' and that at no time did anyone use the tanks on the property during such time period, and that when he first saw the property in November of 1965 there was no gas station on the property, that the output pumps and associated piping had been disconnected and the tanks paved over; 4.
