Systems in order to close this tank site and <br /> bring.--this matter to a conclusion., proposes to do the fol- <br /> lowing work: <br /> 1. Remove the small pile of soil , estimated at 5 <br /> cubic yards, - to a state approved landfill using <br /> a state approved con'tractor- to transport the <br /> material. This work includes profiling and sta- <br /> bilizing the .material as 'may be- required. OR <br /> Bioremediate the small pile, of soil according to ' <br /> procedures proscribed. by SCS Engineers of Dublin, <br /> California. Upon-� successful bioremediation , the <br /> soil would be returned -to the original hole. <br /> 2 . Return the large_ pile of soii, estimated at 40 <br /> to 50 cubic yards,�toJthe hole Ifrom'whzch it <br /> originated. <br /> 3. Complete filling the hole from, which the tanks <br /> were removed using excess soil available on Ceco' s <br /> premises.. This excess, soi.l' was generated at the <br /> time the -moat surrounding our property was formed. <br /> Ceco Building Systems plans to use Thorpe .Oil Company of <br /> Lodi , California to handle all soil movement on our premises. <br /> Thorpe is the contractor who' originally .removed the tanks at <br /> this site and exhibited a high degree of': professional com- <br /> petence in that. work.- <br />
