SECOR submitted the Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report(QMR) Second Quarter s <br /> 2007 on July 25, 2007. <br /> 2. Groundwater monitoring and sampling activities were performed by Stratus i <br /> Environmental, Incorporated of Cameron Park, California (Stratus) on September 6, <br /> 2007. <br /> 3. SECOR submitted the Work Plan for Well Destruction on September 14, 2007. I <br /> WORK PROPOSED FOR NEXT QUARTER [Fourth—2007] <br /> 1. SECOR will submit the Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report Third Quarter 2007 <br /> (3Q07). <br /> 2. Well destruction will be performed by Stratus. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The site is currently operating as an ARCO service station with an AM/PM mini mart. Current <br /> site structures include three double-walled 12,000-gallon fiberglass underground storage tanks <br /> (USTs), two dispenser islands, and associated product lines. The majority of the subject <br /> property is comprised of paved asphalt and common landscaping. The site is bound to the i <br /> south by Louise Avenue, to the east by South Harlan Road, to the west by Interstate 5, and to <br /> the north by undeveloped land. According to the United State Geologic Survey Map dated <br /> 1999, the site is at an elevation of approximately 15 feet above mean sea level on flat terrain. <br /> The nearest open body of water is an irrigation canal approximately 1,500 feet west of the site. <br /> A site location map and site plan are included in Figures 1 and 2, respectively. Current and <br /> historical groundwater and analytical data are presented in Tables 1 through 3, and Figures 3, ' <br /> through 5. Well construction details are presented in Table 4. Previous investigations and a site i <br /> history summary are included in Attachment A. The current groundwater monitoring and I <br /> sampling data are summarized in the Stratus Groundwater Sampling Data Package, which is <br /> included in Attachment B.
