Hydrocarbons have not been detected in the <br /> groundwater at this site. Minor unidentifiable hydrocarbons were found in the soil near the <br /> former waste oil tank location. The County of San Joaquin Environmental Health Division <br /> (County) has concluded that the potential threat to groundwater does not warrant further <br /> investigation in this area. The County has informed ARCO that it will issue a formal Site <br /> Certification (Closure) letter upon proper destruction of the monitoring wells. This report was <br /> prepared under Work Authorization No. 14417-00. <br /> There are three on-site wells: AL-1, AL-2, and AL-4. <br /> SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> Work Completed During Second Quarter 1995: <br />?
