A report will be
submitted to PHS-EHD by July 15, 1996 which includes an evaluation of contaminant mass
and lithological distribution. Closure may be recommended.
1612 Hammer Lane, Stockton ARCO Facility #548
PHS-EHD contact - Mary Meays
A decision of whether the tank system at this site will be replaced or closed will be needed in
order to determine the course of action for the contamination at the site. Groundwater levels
have risen and water is currently two feet over the screened interval of the monitoring wells. A
quarterly report should be submitted soon. PHSIEHD will request that the neighboring property
owner, Lincoln Properties Ltd., grant access to continue the groundwater investigation.
2908 W Ben Holt, Stockton ARCO Facility #2133
PHS-EHD contact - Mary Meays
The groundwater table has risen to approximately nine to ten feet below ground surface at this
site. The remediation system has been turned off because water was pulled into the system.
The option of downsizing the air compressor to allow bioventing during this down time was
discussed and will be considered. Measurable floating product is no longer found in MW10. A
quarterly report will be submitted to PNS-EHD in June 1996.
85 E Louise, Lathrop ARCO Facility #6080
PHS-EHD contact - Linda Turkatte
SITE CLOSED
225 S Cherokee Lane, Lodi ARCO Facility #760
PHS-EHD contact - Linda Turkatte
The water table has risen at the site three feet since last quarter. A Corrective Action Plan
considering natural processes as a remediation alternative andlor a closure report will be
submitted as the levels of contamination in the groundwater at the site have been consistently
below beneficial use values.
3425 N Tracy Blvd, Tracy ARCO Facility 92093
PHS-EHD contact - Harlin Knoll
The vapor extraction system is operating at this site. The air sparge wells are not active due
to high groundwater levels. A recent request to access property off-site was made and if no
response is achieved, PHS-EHD will notify the owners of the off-site property of the possibility
of putting the off-site plume into the Local Oversight Program and naming them as a
responsible party. The extraction well TWX1 and the monitoring well ATR-12 still need to be
destroyed.
25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy ARCO Facility #6100
FHS-EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio
Future work at this site will be determined at a later date.
501 W Kettleman Lane, Lodi ARCO Facility #434
PHS-EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio
The vapor extraction system was shut down in February, 1996.
