This site exceeds the ESL's for xylenes
' and total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg). CVRWQCB has recommended
you address this issue using a Johnsdn-Ettinger model (Tier 2) using site specific inputs.
Groundwater is fairly shallow at the site (<10 feet below surface grade) so potential sail "
vapor migration should be addressed in the assessment.
4.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director.
o
Environmental Health Department ff
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS Margaagorio,Vtupervising REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV '
i
cc: James Barton, CVRWQCB i;
Rusty Benkosky, Secor International Inc.
' JUN. « ' LUJa
Y ---------------------
