The complaint alleged that there are garbage, trash and waste tires onsite. The results of the investigation confirmed that this property is subject to the accumulation of solid waste and waste tires. Pictures were taken and are enclosed. This is a violation of State law/ regulation and County ordinance codes: 1. Public Resources Code(PRC), Section 44002(a)(1) 2. San Joaquin County Ordinance(SJCO),No.2887, • Title 5,Division 2,Chapter 4,Section 5-2400;Accumulation of refuse,waste,and filth is prohibited. • Title 5,Division 2,Chapter 4, Section 5-2404;Mandatory Residential Solid Waste Collection. According to the PRC,Section 45000,45005,and 45011,this division has the authority to:issue an administrative order requiring the owner or operator of a solid waste facility to take corrective action as necessary to abate a nuisance, cease and desist any improper action,and establish a time schedule according to which the site shall be brought into compliance. Effective immediately cease and desist all unauthorized disposal of solid waste onto the above referenced property. Solid waste must not be accumulated for more than seven(7)days. The waste material must be removed from the property and disposed of a at a permitted disposal facility. All violations must be corrected by March 25,2014.
