In addition,
a well survey was to be completed that identified all municipal, domestic,
agricultural, industrial and other wells within 2000 radial feet of the site.
To date a work plan for further investigation of the site and the results of a well
survey have not been submitted to EHD. The work plan for further site
investigation is to be submitted to EHD by December 7, 2005. A report of the
well survey that includes the addresses and any known construction details on
the identified wells and a map showing the location of the wells is to be submitted
to EHD by December 21, 2005.
If you have any questions, contact Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS at (209) 468-3442
or myself at (209) 468-3449.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
LOP/Unit IV
C: CVRWQCB —Jim Barton
AGE — Bill Little
