Proposed probe boring locations are illustrated'in Figures 3 and 4. The proposed probe boring locations maybe modified due to'field'observations or additional borings may be advanced with.approval by the•PHS-EHD.Two of the proposed probe'borings will be advanced to 30.feet below'surface grade (bsg) for collection of soil samples. Additionally,'two of the,proposed�probe'borings,one in the northern tank area'and one in the southern tank area,will be advanced tofirst encountered ground water, anticipated to,be approximately,40 feet bsg; far collection of soil,and,'grab"ground water samples. If evidence of contamination-is encountered • below the proposed depths,boringsVill-be advanced until the field observations and field screening indicate that detectable-petroleum,vapors are not present in the soil samples screened-from. two . -consecutive five-foot intervals-.
