Only corrective <br /> action costs required by the regulatory agency to protect human health, safety and the <br /> environment can be claimed for reimbursement. Unless waived in writing,you are re uir to <br /> obtain preapproval of costs for all future corrective action work(form enclosed). If you <br /> have any questions on obtaining preapproval of your costs or the three bid requirement, please <br /> call Martin Clark, our engineer assigned to claims in your Region, at(916) 227-4374.
