COMPLAINANT <br /> STATED THEY SPOKE TO MANAGER ABOUT THEIR CONCERNS AND MANAGER IS NOT CONCERNED. PLEASE <br /> CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Cardboard is being used to line the shelf where the milk is being stored in the walk in cooler. Discontinue <br /> the practice today. She informed that the walk in cooler broke thursday night, the 14th. She stated the unit was repaired <br /> within 2 hours. She states the walk in freezer is ok. <br /> The current temperature of of the walk in cooler is 41 F. The current temperature of the walk in/reach in freezer is 0 F. <br /> The only potentially hazardous food in the walk in cooler is milk. The milk has a december 30th expiration day. The milk <br /> appears ok. The employee does not know whether any milk was discarded or compromised due to the unit being broken. <br /> Make sure when refrigeration units break, any potentially hazardous food stored at 50 F or higher is discarded. If the product <br /> is frozen and thaws out, it must be discarded. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
