Highway 99, Acampo CA 95220 Complaint# C00040547 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint alleging <br /> the following housing violation(s) at the above noted property. <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Substandard housing conditions: VACANT UNSECURED <br /> STRUCTURE; Woodbridge Fire responded to an alarm on 10/5/15 and found people inside, <br /> possible burglary in progress. The Sheriffs were called and found a shotgun in the building. <br /> The front of the property is secure, but the rear of the property is not secure. <br /> If these complaint allegations are valid and the violations are present, please take the following <br /> corrective actions. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter, take all <br /> corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions, including obtaining any required <br /> permits from the Community Development Department. <br /> Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint <br /> allegations (valid or not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br /> Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further <br /> enforcement action by the EHD. All enforcement action costs may be recovered as specified below. <br /> AUTHORITY: California Health and Safety Code, Section 17910 et. seq.; San Joaquin County Ordinance Code,Title 8, <br /> Division 5. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a), "The <br /> County shall be reimbursed for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division."The current <br /> approved EHD hourly rate used to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is <br /> $130.00 per hour. <br /> PERMITS: Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be obtained <br /> from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation. If the structure(s)are to be demolished, <br /> a demolition permit must be obtained from the SJCBD.
