ON SET <br /> SYMPTOMS ON 07104118. SYMPTOMS WERE CHILLS, DIARRHEA, VOMITING, SHAKES AND ABDOMINAL PAIN. THIS <br /> COMPLAINT CAME FROM PUBLIC HEALTH. COMPLAINANT SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION ON 07105118. <br /> DIAGNOSIS WAS VIBRIO. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION —TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> sea food walk in cooler--back--38.00°F sea food display—front—44.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who was not aware of this complaint. Per sea food manager they received 20 bags (2 dozen each <br /> bag)of oysters a few days before the 4th of July weekend. Facility keeps the tags for 90 days. Oysters are received <br /> refrigerated and iced. Harvest locations-Washington. Received dates before 07/03/18 were June 27th and June 29th They are <br /> rinsed and stored in walk in cooler. Displayed at front counter. Oysters were all sold with in 1 week. <br /> Observations: Refrigerator temps ok, Hand wash ok, Tags available (made copies of invoice and tags) <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
