THE FIRST PLATE <br /> THEY RECEIVED HAD FOOD RESIDUE ON IT. COMPLAINANT ASKED FOR ANOTHER PLATE. THE SECOND PLATE <br /> ALSO HAD FOOD ON IT. COMPLAINANT STATED"OVERALL, 3 OF THE 4 PLATES THAT MADE IT TO MY TABLE <br /> WERE BADLY CHIPPED AS WELL." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Tempera'. -lata Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner was not aware of the complaint. <br /> Upon inspection, there are numerous plates that have food residue on them. <br /> Observed one plate that was badly chipped. <br /> Corrective action taken: All plates with food residue were washed in the dishwasher and the chipped plate was discarded on <br /> site. <br /> Requirements: <br /> 1) Educate employees to use caution when plating food. <br /> 2) When plates are observed to have food residue on them, remove plate from the stack and wash at the 3-comp or in the <br /> dishwasher. <br /> 3)Any chipped plates must be discarded <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
