I did observe some plates with food residue as well as one chipped plate. All plates with food residue were removed and re-washed.The chipped plate was discarded.The operator was instructed to educate his employees on using more caution when plating up food and not using soiled dishes. I will be returning to the location for a follow-up in 2 weeks. Thank you. Some plates with food residue were observed. It did not appear to be dried on food (food that wasn't removed during the warewashing process), but fresh food that may have splattered on the plates while food was being prepared or plated for the customer.The owner was on site and methods to prevent/amend this were discussed. During the inspection, no plates with chips or cracks were observed.The owner stated that chipped or cracked plates are removed and replacement plates are purchased. Thank you for your time.
