SAME COOKALSO TOOK OFF HATAND SCRATCHED <br /> HEAD THEN WITHOUT WASHING HANDS PROCEEDED TO PREPARE A BURRITO WITHOUT GLOVES." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He states that he is aware that any food that hits the ground is considered <br /> trash and must be discarded. <br /> Observations today: <br /> 1) Inspector did not observe any improper food handling this date. <br /> 2) Observed raw chicken being thawed in the 3-comp (warewashing) sink. <br /> Corrective action required: <br /> 1)All thawing shall occur in the food preparation sink and not in the ware washing sink. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> 1) Remind employees of the importance of proper hand washing.
