CANDLES BURNING IN RESTROOMS IS HAZARDOUS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(CD: ppm Heat:_°F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 120°F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA):_ppm Hand Sink Temp: °F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENT <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty was not aware of the complaint, but he states that he is aware of the issue and is working on it. <br /> Observations: <br /> Upon inspection, there is an odor(sewage) localized in the men's restroom. There are no candles burning at the time of the <br /> inspection. The floor drains in the restrooms and the floor drains and floor sinks throughout the facility are clear. There is no <br /> surfacing sewage. One floor sink (at drive thru) has some non-food debris. <br /> Corrective action required: <br /> 1) Discontinue burning candles in the restrooms and in the facility. This is a fire hazard. <br /> 2) Inspect the restroom vent pipes at roof and repair any breakage(if identified). <br /> 3) Remove debris from the drive-thru floor sink. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> Have a licensed plumber come out to inspect the sewer system for any breakage. Provide invoicelproof of action to <br /> inspection ASAP. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
