The alleging conditions may be <br /> violations the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. If such conditions do exist, they <br /> must be abated within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter. <br /> Failure to implement corrective action within the specified time period may result in i <br /> legal action by the EHD. If legal action is necessary, you will be liable for enforcement <br /> costs as specified below, <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code § 8-5400(a), "The County shall be <br /> reimbursed for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this <br /> division."
