All enforcement action costs are recovered <br /> as specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a), "The County shall be reimbursed for all <br /> time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division."The current approved EHD hourly <br /> rate used to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is $105.00 per <br /> hour. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be obtained <br /> from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation.
