The stored oily substance had flowed out of the tank and onto the dirt area surrounding <br /> the tank. Multiple puddles of standing oil and oily liquid were observed on the side of the property <br /> operated by BJJ Trucking and owned by Blincoe Trust. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility <br /> which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 (a)] All impacted soil has <br /> to be excavated and disposed off under the appropriate waste manifesting procedure [HSC 25160 <br /> (b)(3)].
